Dr. Zinn received his medical degree from the University of Zurich and his doctoral degree from the University of Lausanne, both in Switzerland. He completed residencies in neurosurgery at Baylor College of Medicine and MD Anderson Cancer Center in Texas followed by a research fellowship at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.
