Dr. Luciana da Fonseca da Silva is a pediatric cardiothoracic surgeon. Dr. da Fonseca da Silva earned her medical degree from Federal University of Juiz de Fora and her doctoral degree from Federal University of Sao Paulo. She completed a residency and fellowship at Beneficencia Portuguesa Hospital. As a doctor at the Da Silva Center for Ebstein's Anomaly at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, she treats patients with various types of congenital heart defects, having special interest in the repair of heart valves and minimally invasive procedures.
