Dr. Franzese received his doctorate from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York. He completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Rusk Institute at the New York University School of Medicine, followed by a fellowship in brain injury medicine and rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.
