Dana Ascherman, MD, Chosen as Medical Honoree for Arthritis Foundation's Jingle Bell 5K Run

The Arthritis Foundation is hosting the annual Jingle Bell Run 5k run/walk on Saturday, December 2, 2023. Dana Ascherman, MD, division chief, professor of Medicine, and Margaret Jane Miller Endowed Professorship for Arthritis Research in the School of Medicine, is the event’s Medical Honoree. 

The 5k race is open to all runners and walkers and will be held at the North Park Boathouse. The UPMC Division of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology are participating in the event under the "UPMC Rheum Team" – they look forward to connecting with colleagues at the event and supporting Dr. Ascherman!
