The Heart Institute at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Welcomes New Pediatric Interventional Cardiologist Lauren Carlozzi, MPH, MD

Dr. CarlozziThe Heart Institute at UPMC Children’s is proud to announce the addition of pediatric interventional cardiologist Lauren Carlozzi, MPH, MD, to our team.

Dr. Carlozzi brings her expertise in pediatric cardiology and interventional cardiology to a robust team of experts at the Heart Institute. This nationally recognized center cares for patients of all ages with acquired and congenital heart disease.

Clinical and Research Expertise

Dr. Carlozzi received her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University. She then completed a pediatric internship and residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Following her residency, Dr. Carlozzi completed a fellowship in advanced pediatric interventional cardiology at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
