UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute Welcomes Anthony G. Weber, MD, at UPMC Hamot

UPMC Hamot is pleased to announce the addition of Anthony G. Weber, MD, interventional cardiologist, to the cardiology team at the Heart and Vascular Institute. Dr. Weber received his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University. He then completed his residency in internal medicine at Canton Medical Education Foundation at Aultman Hospital. Dr. Weber then completed fellowships in cardiovascular diseases and interventional and structural cardiology.
Dr. Weber is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He holds additional certificates in structural cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac CT.
Dr. Weber has expertise in treating a variety of cardiac conditions from chest pain, irregular heart rhythms, shortness of breath, heart failure, and valvular heart disease. He has a special interest in heart attacks, coronary artery disease, and aortic valve replacements. He is committed to population health and improving the quality of care for the community.
