- Identify signs and symptoms concerning for a bone marrow failure syndrome
- Explain the diagnosis and management of single cytopenias and pancytopenias due to bone marrow failure syndromes
- Recognize that hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is only curative for hematologic complications of most bone marrow failure syndromes
- Recall that Shwachman-Diamond Syndrome has a normal sweat electrolyte test
